Freight Delivery & Unloading
Most items are shipped freight prepaid to the closest legal, accessible parking or staging area at your designated shipping address via a commercial delivery vehicle.
The standard prepaid transport fee covers transit only. Any additional accessorial fees—including liftgate service, limited-access delivery, residential delivery fees, or specialized unloading requests—are the sole responsibility of the customer. You can avoid these extra surcharges by ensuring your delivery site has ample space and the proper equipment to safely unload and transport the shipment from the freight vehicle.
Terminal Pickup Option
If your delivery address presents structural, spatial, or logistical challenges for a commercial freight truck, you may request to hold the shipment for customer pickup at the carrier's local terminal. Terminal pickup options are subject entirely to the discretion, policies, and authorization of the shipping company.
Unclaimed & Undeliverable Shipments
Any orders that are returned to our facility because they are unclaimed, refused, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier will be penalized. The customer will be responsible for all round-trip freight charges (both original and return shipping costs) and will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the total item purchase price.
Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order has entered processing—ranging from initial preparation through to ready-to-ship status—it cannot be canceled without penalty. Cancellations processed during these stages are subject to a restocking and administrative fee of up to 50%.
Address Verification Policy
To ensure secure processing, your shipping destination must strictly match a verified address on file with your payment provider at the time of checkout. We highly recommend pre-registering any alternative delivery addresses with your credit card company or payment processor prior to placing your order.
Order Cancellation & Security
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This protective measure applies to transactions flagged for potential delivery complications, logistical restrictions, or security and fraud risks.
